Challah French Toast with berries

The perfect Saturday breakfast.

  • Day-after freshly baked Challah from Spring Mill Bakery (701 8th street SE).
  • 2 eggs per 1/2 cup of milk… yes.
  • Honey (not sugar)
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg

Fruit:

Pick your favorite! Coat in sugar. Let soak. Saute with butter (add cinnamon if its Apples!) Add water, simmer on HIGH, until it’s reduced. Enjoy!
